AAE (Another Arcade Emulator)

Arcade emulation JUST GOT SEXIER!

Holy son of a BITCH this looks awesome:

It strives to recreate the experience of playing the games as they were in the arcade, and requires the original game ROMS in order to run. In some cases copies of the original sound files and artwork are required to complete the emulation experience. It provides for simulation options that are not available in MAME ™, and offers several features that are not available in MAME ™ due to their arcade preservation charter, such as advanced hardware based drawing and motion blur.
Sounds good to me! I'm in! Let's see, oh, a screenshot of one of these bad boys!

Amazing... because that's what Asteroids Deluxe is supposed to look like.

This emulator, called "AAE (Another Arcade Emulator)" is the single best thing to happen in playing decades-old games in front of your computer in years. YEARS. My goal is to get my MAME cab done this winter break, and goddamn will AAE be a part of it.

***** out of 5!
