1) I changed the mods around for the different bases. Walrustitty is apparently never going to come here, so after 10 months I broke down and gave the base I had been saving for him to Danzaland. Danzaland, or "Chris," as I call him, went to high school with me and aside from my brother is the only person that I even remotely associate with in any shape, manner or fashion who knew me before I was 17.

2) All the anonymous gimmick stuff has ended up going into the Troll Room. (On the old dial-up version of JC we needed an actual place to chuck flame wars to, and that was the base.) As a result, the Orc's Head Tavern became useless. So I changed its function to "Celebrity Monologues." What is a Celebrity Monologue? Well it's up to all of you, but it's a place to get on your soapbox and [i]pronounce[/i] something. Doing so as an impersonated celebrity is totally up to you. (Old Man Murray had a base called "Celebrity Reviews" and while I would love to steal that idea I won't out of respect, and due to the fact that Old Man Murray himself is my webhost and would be well within his rights to shut us down for ripping him off, I know I would.)

3) Number three is just a re-stating of something I've said before: I hope everyone on the BBS, whether you are registered or a guest, a newb or a long-time registrant, feels free to bump whatever thread they feel like responding to and feels free to start a thread on whatever topic they like. There are a lot of forums that I go to that seem to send out a "hands-off" vibe or whatnot, and I don't want this to be such a place.

I genuinely enjoy wasting my employer's resources at this place, and you guys make it worth all the while. So, continued thanks on that.
