I'd be rather pleased seeing either, frankly. Let's open up the ole Phoenix Palm recipe archives and take a peek!

Let's make with the curry chicken recipe, Spinner.

Wow, it's coming down to the wire!

I will say that I've had the chicken for lunch four days in a row, and I'm not remotely tired of it. I don't think I'll ever be tired of it.

I think it's my favorite thing ever.

Go PHO!

PHO NOOOO

Pho looks like it's still alive and crawling, so I'd like the chicken.

Both. Not trying to be a dick, but a) that Jamaican curry looked awesome, and I have some Madras curry powder that I'm wondering if it would go in there, but even if not, I want the Jamaican style, and b) I have had a jar of pho slurry in my cabinet for over a year and a half and I'm afraid to make it because recipes on the internet suck and are bullshit.

Writing these recipes takes time and effort, people, and I don't have a lot of either. So I'll let YOU decide which one I post next!

1. "Easy" Pho. Regular pho takes many many hours and ingredients and who has the patience for that. "Easy" pho takes just one hour and fewer ingredients. However, it does require a trip to your Asian grocery, so if that's too much work, you're not going to like this. DIFFICULTY LEVEL: 6/10.

2. Jamaican Chicken Curry. It's chicken. In a curry gravy. It's pretty easy, and all of the ingredients are available at the grocery store. However, if you don't like "curry" flavor, it's... it's not for you. DIFFICULTY LEVEL: 3/10.
