I'm about an hour into 5(!!!) as I'm doing some Blender/Unity work but it's great so far. He's talking about work ethic now. Basically about how after a certain time you will get burnt out but you should expect to work long hours if you really want to do something or are passionate about it. Complete with rich dude reality checks such as basically "but I've had the opportunity to just shift my gaze somewhere else instead of getting frustrated and wanting to quit something over burnout."
