As I am probably getting shitcanned at work tomorrow, this is a list of things that I am going to do during the day in the month of September on company dime. Nobody turn me in, you goddamn narcs:

1) See Clerks III at a matinee at the theater one town over
2) Watch my nephew during the day. The work day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3) See the Rockies host the Giants at 1:10PM on Thursday, September 22nd
4) Create a "Playwright" and "Cypress" automation repo for some sites, so I can say that I have billions of years of experience with the old stuff and I've used the new semi-hotness
5) Apply for a job I am not qualified for at a video game company
6) Order a new audio receiver to replace the one I like that died
7) See if I can get the Apple // "hard drive on a board" to run my Nox Archaist save on real hardware
8) KISS MY WIFE! HOTCHA! HONK HONK!

Robb, you forgot to tell us the name and telephone number of your employer so we can know who not to tell. I mean, how can we keep from telling them if we don't know how to contact them. Oh, wait a minute...

Also, can you tell us why you're being fired? New, incompetent management? Management deciding to fire older workers so they can replace them with younger, cheaper ones (less likely now)? Political battle between different company factions and you're likely to be caught in the crossfire? Or you royally screwed the pooch at work, that you'll get fired for, but it's not bad enough that the company can claim termination for cause? Or tell me to pound sand, it is none of my business, but I;m curious as to what happened that means you won't be able to pay me to write content for caltrops in October. I mean, you can't very well be spending money on frivolous things. Would it help if I gave back the $10.66 to help with the huge costs for disk space to hold my signatures? Not that I necessarily would, but I'm curious.

We all got told today. By "some of this got delayed" I just mean I am probably not going to go to the movies during the work week because I am, in fact, still employed.

Well, you can't have everything. I mean, it may be sad that you can't go to the movies in the afternoon, but it's offset by the benefit that you don't starve and can pay your mortgage.
