I want to Emulate Shit on my GBA

i NEED some two-played / four player co-op games for the GBA. That I can use with only ONE writtable cartridge. So; I figure the best way to do that is to download a NES emulator that supportst multi-linking and "dealio". I am wondering

1. What emulator to use.

2. Where the hell to get a bunch of NES games. And which ones are considered Dah Bestest.

I would seriously consider getting a GP32 of it could succesfully emulate Gunstar Heroes.

Shit. I had a few gigs of NES roms that I just deleted the other night in order to move shit around on my drive. Fuck. I had them there for three months! What is wrong with you? Undelete just plain doesn't work!!

I have a compressed archive that would fit on a CD, supposed to be all ROMS...

It'd be really cool if you could a) upload those or b) choose a few you think are really cool and/or multiplayer. Or I can do the whole PayPal thing if you have the time & effort to burn that CD for me.
