Here's an amazing one.
INGREDIENTS

1.5-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
.5 cup white vinegar
.25 cup soy sauce
6-8 cloves garlic
.5 tbsp black peppercorns
1 tsp sugar
DIRECTIONS
===========
Smash/peel garlic cloves.
Put all ingredients into a pot or coverable skillet.
Bring to boil, cover.
Lower to healthy simmer, cook, turning chicken occasionally for 20 minutes or so.
Uncover, continue to bubble away until the liquid has thickened into the most amazing sauce ever.
Serve with ri-- well, serve like this:
