UPDATE!!!

My Temple of Elemental Evil has been gotten on. Sort of. See, the game's kinda a buggy fucking mess. I couldn't even get sound until I found a Securerom crack. Monsters spawn in walls sometimes and, if you're in an area that's too small to flee successfully, you're essentially screwed since you can never end combat. Item Creation is fucked in several different ways. Hirelings take the lion's share of the loot, to the point where they're overloaded and can barely move at all. And then they attack you if you kick them out of the party. Some spells last forever that shouldn't. And apparantly I'm one of the people experiencing fewer than normal problems. Lovely.

From this point on I am done following video games. The only two satisfactory games I purchased this year were GTA3 and EU2, both of which were selected entirely on impulse. I figure I'm just going to wander into Comp USA with a dart and a blindfold once every four months or so, and should have decent results.

If you do that three times then I'll have to kill you then blow up Comp USA. Playing video games is fun and relaxing so therefore is ILLEGAL.

How's that for posting ON TOPIC, Worm?

Yeah, that's real content. Why do you people even bother having a board - a chat room or even an email thread would work fine for the three or four people that actually are ever on at once.

Y'know what, Shirly? This isn't working out. Seriously, I'm sorry to say, I think our relationship is at it's end. Now if you'd kindly stop pulling Worm's pigtails and shove the fuck off, that'd be great.

GTA 2 and 3 are just about my favorite games. I have always loved open ended games that let you roam around and do whatever you wanted, and I never imagined how much I enjoy stealing cars and running over people. Last game I bought was Dune 2000 which I was briefly addicted to my first year in college.

You lost so graciously that I feel bad about giving the typed tounge lashing. It was too easy when Lex stuck up for Worm - which we all know is an antagonist in the Dune story which the Atreides prince rides on in the end.
