Anyone else catch it? DUDES I SAW IT. For like maybe 10 seconds the moon vanished. It was awesome.

... This was on Saturday, I should mention.

I had never seen a solar or lunar eclipse before. I am attempting to work out in my head why they don't happen every day, but I might need a site or a link or something. Is there an astronomer in the house?
