Work okay? How long have you been at it? Has it been pretty busy lately? That's gotta be a drag.

Nice night, isn't it? I can't wait to move down to this area. Well, I'm not moving right here, but down the road a few miles, but either way, it's going to be a lot of fun. You live around here too? Yeah? Cool.
