And to sum up:

I THANK you for offering to go if nobody else could make it. Well, I didn't previously. But I am thanking you currently right now.

I UNTHANK you for moving to Arizona because you are my friend and I don't want to see you leave.

Also, I would like it known that in exchange for watching our cats we agreed to take Pinner to Ruth's Chris. Ah, shit, I typed out "Ruth's Chris" on accident rather than the place it was in reality which is "Bennie's Shithouse Farm and Barn."

Where is hte delete key on this PC???/

So to sum up, VX is on you about the AZ thing, and ICJ is on you about the DIA thing. And B"P"P is on us about the state of the new stuff he bought at AFW.

HTH! HAND!

(And seriously, if they are scratching your stuff just put them in kitty jail you nigh-homeless drifter. Your bedroom is vacant and could be used for it. Ah! Ah! Ah!)

How can you THANK me for the offer, and then BADMOUTH me for not doing the very thing I offered to do? An offer, I want to make perfectly clear again, which you declined.

I lived there, remember? Place is a shithole.
Well, if you've already made up your mind, then I'm not going to bother discussing it with you. Suffice it to say that I find it a rather despicable thing to offer these opinions during a time of some fairly serious family strife. How you're able to frame me going to help out my well-loved family members during their time of need as an avoidance technique is beyond me.

Can you figure out the difference(s) between that situation and this one? And were you not aware that "No, I don't want to do that" would have been an acceptable answer?
Oh, right, also we decided to ask you because you didn't exactly have to be up for work in the morning. I'm sorry if you feel that's outrageously poor form for people
I have no problem with people asking me for rides. Normally, they get them. I DO have a problem with somebody DECLINING an offer for a ride, and then spouting off about what a bad guy I am for not giving the ride, which I already offered to do.

Yeah. They're not really keeping up with the flow of the thing, though.

There's a warning for you, kiddies: Before you get into a hateful, vicious flamewar, make sure all parties involved have decent internet access.

Because if that last broad that you went out with had composed herself with a modicum of tact, you wouldn't be running away to Arizona.

But I had no idea that Zookermakamani was out there. I thought he was still in L.A. And you would admit that you'd have to not be living in the real world to think that someone living in L.A. is going to come on out to Arizona constantly to hang out.

But let's be honest. This isn't some master plan you had. Your soul is wounded and you would like your grandparents to make it feel whole again. I don't blame you for not liking Colorado chicks very much, hey, I was sick of them years ago and had to import from outside state lines. My working theory is that all women are crazy until they are 25. OK, that's not my theory. My theory is that while from 25-30 women get less insane, it's instead like 35-40 for women in Colorado. It occurs to me upon writing this that I'm not in contact with all the crazy bitches I went out with out here, and I don't know who finally made them happy. Maybe just someone who wouldn't take their shit beyond what is normal. For instance, I think on a scale of taking shit from women, with 10 being not at all I'm like a 7. Casual Observer seems like a 9. You're a 2. Maybe there are guys out there who break the scale and are like 12 or 13?

Fuck if I know. I'm just glad I never have to find out.

Anyway, to reiterate, I am sorry to see you go. When are you moving?

I know you must love your family, but, be honest, you NEVER talk about them, we have never heard of them, the last time you saw them you had nothing positive to say about any of them, and when your uncle died one of your first actions was to go onto JCBBS and make blasphemous jokes about the G-d. People's family members die all the time, and most people don't uproot and move to a city that even Philadelphia looks down on.

However, if you go, look into the Tempe/Scottsdale area in the east valley, as that's the trendy section where the good bars and restaurants and houses are. It's also where all the industrial bands of the mid-90s came from, and is pretty decent and cool.

I like my grandparents a lot. I don't like the way their sisters treat them out there. I like the sisters separately. Not a ton, but enough.

But I DO like my grandparents a great deal.

And this has nothing to do with women. If I'd hit it off with someone, then sure, I'd probably stay, but I'd also stay if I had a job here. Or any other significant reason to stay here.

Fact is, there's really no pressing reason to remain in Colorado at this point, so why not go make some people happy? And get warmer? And get better access to fresh chiles? And get closer to SoCal and Vegas? And get back with the Z-meister? And get free food from grammy?

Why would I stay?

Actually, I take an inordinate amount of shit from my woman and then I ask for more(ok, i didn't ask for it). But thanks for the . . . compliment?

10+ Are gay guys, and wife beaters I think.

So what? Pinner feels duty to his family because he left them early in life. Furthermore, the motherfucker has wanderlust something awful, and declaring the entire state of AZ painfully unhip won't remedy that. What'd you expect, that you and your Internet buddy were going to grow old on a porch in CO?
Good point Bobby!

Dude. You should totally move to St. Louis. It's the syphilis capital of the US, and it's in the Methamphetamine State. There are lots of observant Jews in my neighborhood, so you could blasphemously abuse them about Teh G-D. I'll take you out to the shooting range and we can drink whiskey in my huge environmentally hostile SUV and then blast away incompetently with shotguns. And you can housesit for my Three Enormous Dogs.

Arizona and Colorado. States that don't matter for people that don't matter! Arizona is the perfect place for you, it's warm and safe and tucked in to the anus of the country. You'll never have to worry about meeting a white girl or eating a decent meal again!

Oh,Mexican food, you mean they figured out a new way to make, tortilla,
bean and sauce taste better and different? BTW, I assume your grand parents moved to Arizona to retire and die in peace. You think they want your neurotic ass hangin around. I'm sure a the 2nd time you come over for dinner gramps will be saying "Jesus don't people your age go get laid or work or something".

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a very large post in the works on a new topic that is funnier. Apparently may reputation as a master poster is depending on it.

Actually, that was about Pinner and ICJ. I just wanted to make the wife beater joke so I quoted the text that was meaningful to it.

True dat, the best goddamn motherfucking burritos I ever had in my life were at a little Mexican stand in an old Kodak kiosk (something like that) on 55th(?) Ave, open 24 hours, that has these huge goddamn tortillas for like a buck fifty, that were the best Mexican food ever. Plus AZ has Jack In The Boxes :(.
