Movie Status: Through "part one". Great as ever.

Beer Status: Just two, through 30 minutes, so I've got six minutes to down another one. Feelin' pretty good, but mind you, I had three beers earlier in the day, when I got home, so it's not like we're starting out fresh here.

Beer Status: Just finishing up four, after 56 minutes, which means I'm 8 minutes behind. Better get cracking.

Movie Status: Complete. Fantastic, as always. Lola is the most centrally energetic character to ever visit the silver (or in my case, 15" LCD) screen.

Beer Status: Only got through 5 in 80 minutes. So what's that... one every... 16 minutes, I guess. Well, I tried.

So, there you go. The thread where I watched Lola and drank a bunch of beer.

I guess it sounded a lot better when I came up with the idea.

That's cool that you can pick up new things in a time travel movie the more you watch it. "Time Bandits" is sitting here from Netflix alongside "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai" which I understand have time travel elements like Lola as well.
