I don't know who to blame more -- Sherman for writing childish bile and having the audacity to sell it or PC Gamer for finally reviewing some IF and picking that one.

Howard, if you're out there, please stop selling interactive fiction. You're setting the entire hobby back 30 years. Write it, give it away on your website, put it on the archive, yell or ignore people on Usenet, but come on. 19%??!? I know all these things are only of interest to 300 guys in their thirties and Emily Short but come on.

And if anyone from PC Gamer is out there, picking that over Future Boy! or 1893 was good on you. Well done! YOU ASSHOLES.
