I work at home and make my own hours so I'm not sure how to answer this question.

Well, do you work constantly during "your own hours"? If so I'd say 100%. Unless you consider your home your work, then it's more like 10%.

Well an 8 hour work day is a third of 24 hours but the point is that as long as I get my work done then I'm doing my job(s). I guess it's a 100% but then the question doesn't quite fit.

Probably about 75%. The rest is spent standing around wishing my boss would die in a tragically fatal upholstery disaster.
