3.0 and 3.5 AD&D simplified so many issues with the gaming system, but then again if took so much that could be abused away. I want a dig spell damn it! Is that so much to ask?!

It definitely makes the entire thing play better as a video game. If you're feeling like making this into a conspiracy.
