This I knew! I asked my brother this and he said it wouldn't be a problem. Luckily, in the town he lives in (in western NY) it's almost always overcast. In my experience, the plasmas need to be kept out of direct light because there will be a glare.
This I did not know.Plasmas only last about 3-4 years.
Last I knew, my brother kept two things on his wall: his softball and football plaques and the business cards of several reputable bail bondsmen. Ha! Ha ha!DPI's are ok too, and usually cheaper (although, you can't hang those on a wall).
Funnily enough, so does my brother!Either one will have the glare issues.

How do you get HD TV reception? I know nothing about this. Like for instance I have Directv. Does that come with a package I can subscribe to, to get this high definition stream? On both types, if you only have standard reception, you won't notice that much of a difference until you get HD Tv reception. So in a nutshell, if you are spending the extra money for a better tv get the better cable as well. If it's just for gaming-get the Plasma :)
