The Home Arcade
I like reading about other people's arcades, so I am slowly writing up pages about my own.
The one I was closest to finishing was the one about Xenophobe. Enjoy!
You may also ask me any embarrassing questions about Xenophobe in this thread. Embarrassing for me, of course.

Right now, there isn't anything in there. The marquee up top does light up (there's a blacklight in there) so it has a nice eerie effect when the lights are off, but that's it.
I have a PC ready to go into it to the left of where the photograph starts. I've got all the parts for the control panel in two boxes, and I've started the wood for the control panel as well.
I'm basically waiting on the guy I bought the Major Havoc roller from two Sundays ago. I'm really having a lot of bad luck with sellers recently, but that's this huge other thing.
Once the roller shows up I am going to measure it and then take the wood board down to the saw inside the haunted house that Milkunits is managing. I'll cut out the square for the roller. I have a drill that will allow me to create the other circular holes for the pushbuttons, spinner and joysticks.
And then I will put the PC in there and -boom! - MAME cabinet.

Added a story about how I broke Mr. Do! bringing it down the stairs, but then fixed it. If you know anything at all about how electricity works you will think I'm an idiot, but that's okay because I am.
