Midgets in the park

Post by Ice Cream Jonsey »

MC Frontalot raps about knocking down a midget in a park unneededly in his Infocom song. Does anyone recall which game he's referencing there? Is it Trinity?

It might be Ballyhoo -- there was a midget there, though I don't remember knocking him down.

Yeah, I think this tells us more about Frontalot than it does about Infocom with this.

I can't recall a text adventure, but in "real life" god knows i've knocked down my share of midgets, dwarves, and "little people."

But it was never unneeded.

A co-worker of mine is scared of little people. Like, seriously creeped out and terrified. Which also means, hilariously, that she is terrified of little doors. She won't walk by one and wouldn't live anywhere where there was a little door - crawlspace, halfdoor, anything.

My ex-boyfriend had a little door in his apartment that he called the Grudge Door after that movie which I never saw. He got permission from his landlord to board it up because it bothered him so much.

I think it was an access hatch to the pipes in back of the bathroom sink or something.
