I think doing a theme room of something in there would be really good. Even if you did not want to go through all the trouble of a Big Daddy costume, you can have someone in a splicer get up.

I read something that said that the place in Bioshock went to hell on New Year's Eve, which is why so many splicers are wearing party hats and chicken masks. So you can start off with that and go forward. But yeah, if you turned the House of Wax into an art deco room, that would really be sweet.
