phpBB 3.0 has been released!

Not 100% sure if I will update. I will give the phpBB team this: apparently they realize that everyone is nervous about their working 2.0 systems being destroyed in an upgrade, so they let you install to a new directory, port over your 2.0 DB, and then rename your new directory what the old one was by changing two simple things.

It's just an example of how they might have improved a lot of things I despise about phpBB 2.0. If they have better spam solutions then I probably would consider upgrading completely.

(All of JC, from the Trotting Krips site to the "feature" articles, to the BBS should probably get upgraded, it's just a huge time sink that doesn't really get me anything in the short term. But that's whining for another thread, I suppose.)
