Japan wins by:
1. Cutting the sea lanes to Australia (see above!) or
2. Lasting long enough for the Allies to get tired.
Allies win by:
1. Denying Japan access to oil (Java, Borneo, Singapore) or
2. Setting up bases close enough to start pummeling the Nips with B-29 bombers.
