Let's not go that far.
I'll try it again this ... next weekend. Draft & pinball showdown this weekend.
Also, I defy anyone to still want to play video games after watching this: http://blip.tv/file/3365445

Fo shizzle.
TRUE FACT: Pinback asked me the following today:
Anyway, I thought he had watched that painful video. I thought that's why he asked that riddle. But no, he had not watched it.
The other way I knew he hadn't watched the whole thing is that he didn't make the paper as an attempted suicide case.
TRUE FACT: Pinback asked me the following today:
I didn't realize it was a riddle, and answered it. ("Because he ... hangs around people who like to 'make it rain'?") Pinback then got mad because everyone has a smart-ass answer instead of just saying "Why?"Pinback wrote:Why does Snoop Dogg carry an umbrella?

Does something like that need a riff track? He just fucking falls back to laughing at things, remember when MST3K did that? I think it's pretty obvious "Wanda" is comic relief, and she's more comical than fucking Spoony.Ice Cream Jonsey wrote:Let's not go that far.

Life without dry croissants is degrading.
Every so often I read something that gives me a flash of personal insight. I just realized, after reading the interview, that my kind of game is installing and configuring Ubuntu. I was at work, thinking of all the stuff I needed to try when I got home. It's exactly the same state of mind I had back when I was into IF.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time gave gamers the ability to "roll back time" to correct mistakes. I haven't played the guy's game so maybe there's more to it than that, but based on the Youtube trailer it looks like he took an idea from a 3D platformer and put it into a 2D platformer. I'm a little hesitant to award the guy Designer of the Year based on that.

The last two posts in this thread are the two worst I've read here since Draal was a regular. Whatever your problems with Blow, please don't speak about things you obviously have no idea what the fuck you're talking about.
Jonsey, don't let this place become one of those places. Where people just badmouth stuff because they know nothing about it, or saw five seconds of it and came to all the wrong conclusions. This, please, should not become that.
Jonsey, do something.

Am I a hero? I really can't say. But, yes.

Didn't you completely dismiss Always Sunny and Archer because you saw an episode of each and you picked the wrong one, ones that weren't masterpieces?pinback wrote:The last two posts in this thread are the two worst I've read here since Draal was a regular.
