Okay Fat & Final, grill me up a few chicken thighs on your precious electric grill, and let me know how they come out.

Or a 1.5-inch thick filet.

Or anything other than goddamn 1/4-inch hamburger patties.

You're out of your element, Donnie. People are trying to make food here that isn't smashed hamburger patties or the world's worst crepes.

Wait wait wait, this just occurred to me.

Tdarcos absolutely can't stand something about a properly-cooked medium-rare hamburger, but loves the taste of raw meat?! What the fuck.

God I fail at phpBB. In my defense it is because it's awful.

Look, it's not good. But I think we got a chance for another video coming up here, buddy.

I am willing to put up $9.87 toward Commander Tdarcos grilling a 1.5" filet steak and shooting a video in high definition.

Who's with me?

Yeah, I'm out.

Susan brought home three giant salmon patties. Susan hates fish or anything that takes fishy (read: fish cocks) so if anyone has any input on how to grill fish and make it not taste like fish, I'm all gills.

If you can wait a couple days, I'll get some info. I have salmon once a week and I'd eat it every day if I could. I gotta ask some people.

But yeah, grill that stuff until it goes white from top to bottom on the edge?

Dab it with teriyaki sauce at the end of the cooking procedure. Boom, no fish taste.

EDIT: Or put some bacon up on that n!33r.

By salmon patties do you mean fillets? You don't mean patties like chunks of salmon and breading, looking like a crabcake or something?

If it's fresh salmon and you don't want it fishy then either use lots of dill and lemon or some kind of sweet and spicy sauce to cook on it. I usually start it skin down on the grill and flame the fuck out of that side so the skin just burns and flakes off. Then a couple of flips really carefully to make sure it's charred enough but not dried out. It's really hard to fuck up grilling salmon even if you overcook it a little it stays moist.

If he said "salmon patties" and meant anything other than round pressed patties made of salmon and breading and whatever, I will never stop laughing and making fun of him. Even when I'm not online.

Then he should have fried the hell out of them in a pan or fryer and dunked em in a lemon dill mayo sauce. Do they make those with fresh salmon because I've usually had it made with that red canned salmon. Yum.

Why would I want to grill chicken thighs? First, I don't like chicken thighs, I like legs and breasts, and second, I don't care for grilled chicken, I like fried chicken, which you do with a deep fat fryer.

Why would I ruin an expensive steak by cooking it on what is the effective equivalent of a frying pan? If I was going to have an expensive 1 1/2" steak, I'd cook it in the oven, not on an electric griddle. And you should be smart enough to know this, Pinhead.

I also fry sausage.

Really? A guy saying patty when he meant filet is going to turn you into a super Internet douchebag? Really?

Sorry for the confusion -- she bought both patties and fillets.

You just slap that meat on a cookie sheet and throw it on in there, huh?

I'll pay $8.51 for a video of you cooking a 1.5" steak.

I like that you thought that was a funny like in 1988, and you're stickin' with it. That's dedication.

Flack, apologize to this man right now.

Okay, we have $9.87 + $8.51 towards Tdarcos grillin' a 1.5" steak. Anyone else? Is that enough money to purchase a 1.5" steak?

She doesn't like the taste of fish, so bought a ton of salmon in every available form.

Gonna need some help here with this one, Flackmeister. Also, an apology.

We recently tried the juice diet, which went horribly. We're trying to eat better, but we're not going to simply drink awful kale juice for every meal. Susan's biggest problem is she likes chicken and thinks beef is okay, but hates anything fishy and is tired of chicken. So in an adventurous moment of bravery, she picked up a few different kinds of fish (and shrimp) for tasting purposes. I thought maybe slapping them out on the grill might lessen the "fishy" flavor a bit. Me, I like fish so it ain't no thing. I did grill some shrimp the other night, wrapped in tin foil with a light hint of garlic butter.

So I guess for that, I will profusely apologize ... TO THE SALMON.
