Moltobenny.com has a Godaddy "this domain isn't set up yet" parked page. I guess Pinhead doesn't care despite the fact he basically begs people to look at his essentially contentless site.

I am not that stupid and I resent your insulting comment. If Ben isn't operating his website any more he should have removed the link.AArdvark wrote:I have the feeling that if Dr. Tacos were to drive up to a flashing red traffic light he would stop the car then advance a few feet then stop the car then advance a few feet then stop the car ect. ect..
And for your information, you're supposed to treat a flash red traffic signal as a 4-way stop, no more. You stop, look both ways, then go. I do not understand what this "stop, advance, stop" bullshit comes from and I don't get it.

I think a sig with "just click on this goddam link" clearly qualifies as a request and he is asking people to go there, same as an ad on TV for a charity begs for money.Ice Cream Jonsey wrote:But do you understand that Pinner putting something in his sig is more a "fire and forget" thing? He's not really asking people do go there each time he posts a message with the sig enabled?

What's this, the broken link enforcement authority?
No, you wouldn't..And I don't get it
I know perfectly well you wouldn't drive a car like that. It's called sarcasm, based on the OCD tendencies I see in your posts.

What if a tv station suddenly had no people show up to work? And they just kept the same commercials on repeat? Under those conditions, would you say that there wasn't an ongoing, active request to pick Geico or whatever?Tdarcos wrote:I think a sig with "just click on this goddam link" clearly qualifies as a request and he is asking people to go there, same as an ad on TV for a charity begs for money.Ice Cream Jonsey wrote:But do you understand that Pinner putting something in his sig is more a "fire and forget" thing? Yes, that video was so good and made things so clear I tweeted about it twice. Actually, I hate all the apps for my Android, but I love the Android itself. 50% of the frustration in my life went away when my iPhone no longer became my phone and just became a thing I occasionally listen to music on, sometimes.

In view of your clearly stupid and inadequately reasoned argument I am reducing by 1 any apologies that Flack recommended I owe you.Ice Cream Jonsey wrote:What if a tv station suddenly had no people show up to work? Geico and any other advertiser are still running their ads with their phone numbers. Whether there is anyone at the station or everything runs by automated production is irrelevant. And if Geico's website or phone number was non functioning, then it's Geico's fault, it would not matter whether the station has 200 people working there, or 20, or nobody showed up at all.
Your comment would only make sense if I was blaming Jolt Country because Pinhead's signature references a no-longer-valid website. My comment is on the order of blaming Geico because the phone number or website in their commercial was not working. Your comment is like I'm blaming this website for Pinback's failure, which I am not.

You are under the fucking impression that every fucking time someone posts a message with a sig automatically attached, they are specifically stating the same thing mentioned in the god-forsaken fucking .sig
I am trying to find a way to express my disheveled disbelief that anyone could be so mindbendingly out of touch that they could, in complete seriousness and over the course of several calm, measured replies, think that a person's sentiment in a "fire and forget" message board signature is a fucking ACTIVE AND FORTHRIGHT REQUEST, YOU SOULLESS HUMAN BEEP.
Ben wrote the sig ONCE, years ago and *never thought about it again*. What part of that is utterly and without question beyond your grasp??
