I'm still pretty happy with the list. I feel like Begin belongs on there somewhere, but I dunno how to get it in there.

We need to make new lists. I looked at my attempt to do the project again in 2013. It was attacked viciously by people with poor taste in games.

But I am also starting to wonder if there are just too many games now. Not too many shitty games. We all know that's true and I don't feel particularly bad about my decision to ignore all mobile games because aside from a handful they're terrible, but there's games that look good that I don't have a chance to even spend two hours with. I dunno, man.

There's a lotta games. Ultimately you just have to go with the ones that have meant the most to you, that inspire you as a designer, and that are the most fun from moment to moment, year to year. And you can't call it the "the top --- games", it's just, "my top --- games".

There's just too much shit out there, and we're old and don't have any free time. I'm sure SCUM is the best game of all time, but I'll never know it.
