Buying two tickets at laughably increased prices is simply too much for ole Ticketmaster. Honestly, I'd rather just not fucking go. Unreal.

Probably not. I also wanted to make sure I got aisle seats. Ended up going through StubHub.

This is a website for signing up kids that communicate with crayons to smack a ball around on a tee.
FWIW, there are a few "big players" in the sports website management world. Its not just for 4 year olds. The same websites are used for old men too. LeagueApps and SportsNgin are the two that come to mind. There's a lot of money in these sports. The security is appropriate. You'll get used to it. :)

Hey, got a notification about the game listed on FB for sale! I'll just check my messages on Facebook, and --
Create a PIN to access your chat history
You’ll now use a PIN to access your chat history on Facebook and Messenger.
And it's five digits. Of course. Aside from the stupidity of this in general, a 5 number PIN is UNLIKE EVERY OTHER FUCKING PIN I USE.
Jesus fucking Christ, Zuckerberg. Die screaming in a fire. Do you honestly fucking think I'm entering a goddamn PIN every time I want to list something on Facebook? Great, I'll make it 1-1-1-1-1. I'm sure that's allowed. Here we go.

The pin is a one time thing to ensure that the same person is using FB and FB Messenger. They enabled it when they turned on encryption for all messages.

Yeah I was about to say when I set up VR stuff for the first time recently I don’t recall any sort of 5 digit pin (I usually just add a zero if I must. PSO2 had 5 digit codes.)
Though I don’t really use Facebook. My acct was created when I logged into Messenger and created an account linked to Google about a year ago.

I hope we're all on the same page here.
There's a password for Facebook.
There is 2FA / Authenticator support if you want it. You can put a code in EACH TIME.
Facebook will "detect" logins from a new location and make you go through all the bullshit to prove you're you.
And now a PIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not just a four digit pin. Hahaha no. Five digits!
Maybe they can improve it even more with a FORTY DIGIT PIN??
