Crap, I'm way behind here. I have an interactive Crazy Doodle coming up. I'll explain in a minute.

First it was the social holidays, then the office makeover and now we're dog sitting for a week. One of those high energy herding dogs that wants attention all the time. The only time I can post coherently is after she's been crated for the night. there's no way I can sit down with pencil and paper until after Sunday.

OK I've had this image in my head for a little while now, just haven't had the chance to get it out on paper yet. I'm pretty sure it's from a picture book I read back in elementary school, but not positive. You know how my booze riddled brain can get. It's some kind of frog-like creature, perhaps it is a frog, some kind of amphibian, anyway. It's dark, and the amphibian is walking through a swamp, perhaps woods, holding a long curved slender stick, almost like a fishing pole, and at the top of this stick is a lantern..
After thinking about it for a moment, perhaps the creature is wearing a robe. I can't say for sure, could be my brains playing silly buggers on me. All I remember is the thing's curved, kind of hunched over back and the long stick with the lantern on the end of it...Wait, lemme do a rough sketch...




So the question is: where did I see this image? What's it from? It's been driving me crazy.

I hope it's not Billy's remote view, that would be just too weird, I haven't even got around to that yet.
