I don't know about China, but I've seen a lot of these same signs as Hobby Lobby, which is based here in Oklahoma. I think when the signs go on sale, people scoop them up for their antique booths.

We go to the
Letchworth arts and craft sale every October and those signs are all over the place there. Prolly where we got ours.
