The New Front Page

If I had my "druthers" (an ancient latin word meaning, "my foot up your ass"), this would be ideal:

1. The BBS and the front page having similar themes. The current front page, plus the new/old Green Theme here would be perfect.

2. A consistent place on the page with a link to the other part of the site. So no matter which part you were on, you'd have a link in virtually the same place on the page to get to the other part.
