I would like to re-visit this thread to simply say that piracetam is one of the single greatest improvements to my life. I can't say enough good things about it. I want to take it for the rest of my life. I never want to go back to the way things were before, ever.

Was I dreaming, or was this supposed to be a daily feature?

Well, at the beginning I said I was gonna try it for a couple months. I ran out of piracetam, though, and it seemed pointless to have a dream log when they weren't going to be vivid.

Then, when I got another jar of them, I didn't update the thread because all of my dreams were of you, Gerrit. They were of you.

I got my nootropics on Saturday. :)

I was out for about a couple weeks. Had to conserve. The guy selling them was gonna be out of town. Then there was Labor Day and everything else.

I freaked out Friday night. I ordered another batch from a secondary vitamin store on the Internet. So I got those coming too.

I love the way my brain feels now. I put the "tack" in attack dose talking about it like this I KNOW but I don't care. I love living in 2009. I absolutely love living in what before was just a science fictiony future.

=)

What have I left to dream, Vark?

I survived the economic depression.
I have known love of a kind that most mortal men will never experience.
I have the wittiest, most-engaging and best friends in the world.
I have achieved every single goal I've ever set for myself.

What is there left to dream about, my friend?

I had the coolest dream a month or two ago. I wrote this down the following morning.

###

In my dream, I was some sort of army guy being chased down a mountainside through the woods. There were people chasing me, people I needed to shoot. About the time I realized I didn’t have a gun, I found a rifle hidden underneath some leaves. I ducked behind some rocks and aimed my rifle at my pursuers, but then realized I didn’t have any bullets. I kept moving down the mountainside and found some clips full of bullets sitting on a rock. That’s when I realized someone was helping me by leaving things lying around in the forest. This continued for a while. When I got hungry, someone left me food. When I got cold, someone left me a blanket.

When I got to the bottom of the mountain, I found a small cabin. I ducked inside and peeked out the window. At the top of the mountain I could see someone else running for their life. Somehow I knew they needed a rifle, so I ran back up the mountain and planted the rifle where that person would find it. Then I realized I hadn’t left any bullets, so I pulled out some clips and set them on a rock.

This continued all the way down the mountain until I realized that the person coming down the mountain was also me — another “meâ€￾. A “meâ€￾ before me had been the one to leave all those things out for me to find, and now it was my job to help the next “meâ€￾ down the mountain — and, no doubt, that “meâ€￾ would then return the favor for the “meâ€￾ after that.

Well, good for you, I guess. I never had a dream about murdering my entire family.
