I left my PS4 on for that one mode that it has for three months so that when I did have a free evening to use it, I could just play it.

Turned it on.

Needs to update the software. Nnnngh. Okay. It took 2 minutes, who cares.

Well, at least I'll get to play. I bought The Last Guardian on DVD. Popped it in.

"Downloading update file. 30MB / 1.059GB 18 Minutes Left"

I should have known better to think that I'd play a game the same night I bought it.

PS Plus is one of the best things in the world to pay for. Paying for Xbox Live was a grit your teeth and just do it because you HAD to. Paying for PS Plus is a privilege because it's nothing but value. I don't give a turkey about multiplayer. I pretty much never use it. But I gets hundreds of dollars of games a year for paying 30-40 a year. 72 games a year for less than 50? Only a weirdo would complain about that. WEIRDO.

I did try GTA Online though. It sucks pecker juice. That being the thing that convinced you of buying a PS4 freaks me out. Buy that thing for Until Dawn or something.

I'd rather have no free games and pay nothing.
