I feel ya. Say, what are you thoughts on this Takeoff murder? They're saying Migos are one of the most influential hip-hop groups of our time. What are your favorite Migos tracks? What did you think of Offset's tribute yesterday?
It was all beautiful.

Hey, they caught the Delphi Killer yesterday! His name was DICK ALLEN. Hahahaha!

At least we didn't lose Offset.

Speaking of fuddy-duddy, I saw Hot Ones had a new episode with "Emma Chamberlain". She looked kinda hot, so I googled, maybe some new actress I hadn't seen yet.

A youtube person, who was on the cover of Cosmo in 2020 with the caption "The Most Popular Girl on the Internet".

I had never heard the name or seen the face before Hot Ones.

I'm an old fuddy-duddy!

There's two internets.

I hate the one I'm on, and I really, really fucking hate the one I am not on.

Pinback seems to have trouble with the latter.

But.. you dislike fishing in general I thought?

There are times that I don't like that I quit skateboarding last year after breaking ribs in my back while hungover on a skateboard. But when I think about it now.. it was probably for the best. I could have hurt myself even worse years later and I ran out of friends to skate with many years ago. I would just try to make connections with random people at skateparks which sometimes led to some good times.. but yeah, it's not even half as fun to me as surfing anymore. I'd been skateboarding since I was 10 years old. As a 43 year old dude, I felt it was finally time to put the skateboard in the attic.

Arent you sposed to take the wheels off and hang the board someplace in the garage? Kinda like they do with old dog collars? So you can still see the artwork on the bottom

Number of Fruit Rollups I've eaten between 1973 and 10/31/2022: About 3.

Number of Fruit Rollups I've eaten now that they're the only thing left in the Halloween bowl: At least 23.

I used to eat them a lot when I was a kid. I liked those fruit bar things too.. grape flavor. Devo appeared in a commercial for them!

I prefer Stretch Island Fruit Leather; the strawberry ones are delicious, have no added sugar, are made 100% from fruit and fruit juices, have only 50 calories each, and are thicker than dried fruit roll, which is often loaded with sugar or HFCS. A package of 50 costs about $20 on Amazon. If you want to give kids something healthier, I'd recommend these. The individual pieces are plastic wrapped.

I dunno, fruit leather sounds unappetizing

As I see it, they're letting you know it's a "thick slab" of dried fruit as opposed to thin fruit rolls.

Don't make light of proper motorcycle footwear.

My boss told me this story:

Her husband drove a truck for Ralphs Grocery Company. Although they owned two cars, he liked to commute to work on his motorcycle. But, he went prepared. Full helmet, leather jacket, leather pants, steel-toe boots. Well, one day he had a spill, his body landed, not his head, so his helmet is undamaged; his jacket was ripped to shreds; his pants were torn; and the front of his shoes lost all the leather and the steel cap was dented. His bike was undamaged, and other than a little shaken, he was not injured. Had he not been fully protected, he would have ripped off chunks of flesh and lost all of his toes.

After hearing that story I realized anyone riding a motorcycle should wear steel-toed footwear. I saw a movie once where a girl in a bikini is driving a motorcycle barefoot. I'm thinking ("That girl is risking death or badly injured and doesn't even Iknow it.")
