It's a hard game.

I always sucked at Asteroids, this is 3X harder

Good thing I didn't have any more guys, I'd still be waiting for the center of the screen to clear out so I could put the next one into play.

New personal best score: 7469. This would have an awesome score in May, but hey, progress is progress. Ben's 12K run must have been insane...I'm fully expecting to get nightmares tonight involving 30 little asteroids heading straight towards me from all sides.

That is the third best score in the history of the world. That's a fine badge to wear.

Has anyone considered running a screen capture program, then posting the video of it on YouTube? It would allow others to see how the hell hey accomplished insane scores like 6,000, 7,000, or 12,000.

Now I'm not saying anyone is lying in claiming those scores, I believe you. I just think it would be great to see. And we might learn something.

For example, if you've ever played the game of Peggle, it's the electronic version of a pinball machine, you can get some high scores. But if someone said they got over 10,000.000 points on one ball, I'd not believe it. But one guy did a replay capture, in which he didn't get 10,000,000 points, he got over 13,000,000. Then I looked it up; i was wrong, it was 23 million.

It might be nice if Picoroids had playback functionality like this:

I'm sure you know what to do with yourself so you will be too busy to bother me. I already said, I'm not claiming anyone is lying. Your posting of an image from an end of game screen is conclusive proof you did what you claimed.

What I am saying is if you had the capability to record what you did, it would be nice to see how it was done.

The bullets go too slowly. One of my 2023 resolutions is to update the game to make the bullets fly faster.

In my opinion, this update renders the game significantly easier. Which is a good thing, because it used to be impossible.
