We called them hard rolls, I think everyone does. We burned through one on the trip. We brought them to have lunch with my wife's aunt and she did not eat the twist part. That saddened me greatly.

Why those can't be purchased west of Rochester, I have no idea. I have 8 of them and will be hanging onto them for dear life. They are the greatest rolls in the world. Someone back me up here.

Not since he announced his candidacy, or since he was elected, but after he became president. Correction, in a July 20, 2020 article, they reported that number has increased to 20,000 "false and misleading claims."

I'll accept what knowledgeable professionals without undue biases and honest people say over someone who apparently can't go one day without telling an average of 12 public lies. All politicians tell lies, but Trump has gone way beyond anything ever reached, to levels of dishonesty that boggle the mind.

Let's take the song I quote from for my current signature, "Running on Empty", which was on a Billboard #3 album and was a #11 hit song, and is #496 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 greatest songs of all time. Probably several million people know this song. So is this one of the "songs nobody on Earth has ever heard of?" Or any of the other songs I've used for this purpose? Would you care to name some of these songs I've referenced there or in my postings that "no one has heard?"

I will be damned. You got it on the nose; I had to look it up. There really is a version 4.2 of Cobol for z/OS. (And you even knew the z is lower case.)

However, there are four things wrong with your statement.
1. I never used Cobol version 4 release 2 as I never used z/OS.
2. I moved on to PCs before the initial copyright date of the V4R2 manual, 1991 and subsequent update in 2009.
3. The current release of IBM Enterprise COBOL for z/OS is version 6 release 3, dated July 31, 2020.
4. Any technology using a compiler released in 1991 is probably too old to be useful. Who would be using programs written using 30-year-old technology? It wouldn't be able to handle current developments (check cards, internet-based queries, on-line bill paying, etc.) And I don't know that I'd trust something that old for any current-day developments.
