I hate parents that count to their children in order to discipline them.

(Child acts like a child)

"Thats one....."
"Two....."

Rinse and repeat for ten minutes

Right. When they get to a count of three, that should be a paddlin'.

Right, but that never happens. The parents just reset the count over and over.
