Wow, after seeing what's going on here a little more clearly I now realize that Paul uses the cat persona as a device to cope with the constant physical and psychological suffering he endures on a daily basis. My past naivete on the matter led me to a false conclusion that would have gotten his alt account banned had it not been for the wisdom of people like Flack, AArdvark, and Jizaboz.

I have learned not to be catty, I can be fur and reasonable. Besides, I doubt Jonsey would take the catastrophic step of banning this account when my paws stated what I was planning to do. It would be a very fishy thing to do.

ICJ did the right thing here, Tdarcos went way over the line. My only concern is that did you take all of the steps to ensure that it was actually Tdarcos who made those nasty posts? Two things immediately stand out in my mind:

1. Tdarcos has been intentionally infecting his computer with malicious software while connected to the internet (caltrops).

2. "Tdarcos" got the detail regarding the shotgun and Hemingway's death correct. When has he ever gotten a detail correct? The Tdarcos I know would write an essay describing the "1911" that Hemingway shot himself with and just make up words for the parts of the gun he doesn't know the names for.

However, his alternate accounts will remain banned because they are terrible and unfunny.
