If you're a fan of this forum, you know that Loco Moco is the Hawaiian dish consisting of rice, hamburger patty, fried eggs and brown gravy.

I took that and modified it to represent my new locality. I replaced the hamburger with goetta and replaced the brown gravy with Cincinnati chili. I present to you, the CINTI MOCO:
