I wouldn't jump to conclusions so quickly before consulting Flack on the matter, there could be some odd grammatical rule at play here making ICJ correct and leaving you with egg on your face.

Google returns roughly 4,000 hits for "Webbie Award," which is what I assumed the joke was -- that the forum was receiving an award from a knock-off, much lesser known virtual award group.
