I'm not sure what's wrong but on top of my knee problems - which is why I'm unable to walk or stand - I'm getting leg cramps. I normally eat a couple of bananas each day as I'm aware I've had potassium shortage going back to childhood. I looked on the Internet and the recommendation was also add magnesium so I bought a jar, it's cherry flavored and you pour a scoop of it - probably equivalent to two tablespoons - in hot water and drink like tea. I've been doing this for a couple days so I can't tell if it's helping yet. I also tried a tube of Icy Hot cream which claims to help leg cramps but has apparently not done anything.

Fuck, that sounds delicious. Do you have a link to the magnesium? I assume I am lacking that too. I'll buy some and we can be tea buddies!

Sorry to hear about the cramps, Paul. That's no fun. The only other advice I've been given is to drink more water.
