I acquired a Mac Classic II. Computers with built in monitors like the Vectrex are favorites of mine, and this thing is so adorable. It has a hard drive and it's black and white.
I know I want to get the Infocom games on it and some others. Things look really sharp on it. I think the spare FloppyEmu I have in my llc could work as a hard disk. Though I kind of want to use it to copy files over.
I'll update my scene setting in this thread.

I have no Mac disks in this house :/
I ordered one off eBay with a few games. Lode Runner, Tetris, Zork. And then I was introduced to a device called the BlueSCSI or the SCSIBlue or whatnot. That is something that plugs right into the rear SCSI port and lets you add disks to it and they just work - I should be able to drag whatever I need onto the Mac's hard drive using that.
I really want the After Dark Toaster screensaver. :/
I also agree with Shadowgate. I would also add Quarterstaff: The Tomb of Setmoth (I've never played it, but hey, it was released under the Infocom brand) and Enchanted Scepters, a game made in World Builder that I really enjoyed as a kid. The latter was kind of surreal because it would just throw you in an area and you had a limited number of moves before it transported you to the next one. I remember that one area was kind of like an Indiana Jones pyramid filled with traps, and another area put you in the middle of a battle. I think I solved a few of the areas and got their scepters. I think I may have even beaten the game, but it's been so long that I can't be sure. Just the same, it was the most fun I had on someone else's Mac (although it's very possible that it was fun only because I was a kid... and considering that the internet says that it's from 1984, maybe it won't play on a Classic II).

The Blue SCSI is not exactly Plug and Play. :/

I spent the evening dorking around, trying to make an image of my own. I had downloaded one called "boot.vhd" and thought, psh, it wouldn't have games on it. It has like EVERYTHING. So here is Moonmist. Sorry for the terrible picture quality.

Hell yeah. I rented that game on NES when it first came out, then got it for my birthday or Christmas. Most of my friends didn't dig it but I totally love it. The Mac version is superior (using a controller for the cursor sucks) in almost every way aside from no music being present. I thought the NES version had some cool music.
Also, that is a beautiful picture!

Really? I thought you had played Deja Vu before , and if so, I would have thought that you would feel like you had played this type of game before.
But maybe it was just Borrowed Time.
But yeah, Shadowgate is great! Probably the best of the bunch!

Note to future Jonsey.
The next time the ADP port does not work on the Mac Classic, JAM IT THE HELL IN THERE.
