Well, you take some strips of chicken breast, dip them in an egg/milk mixture, then dip in seasoned flour, then BACK into the egg/milk mixture, and then into the flour yet again! Refrigerate battered strips for 30 minutes, then dump into a pot of hot oil until they're golden brown and crispy!

Yeah I cook em all the time with cut up chicken breast. I even use a frying pan instead of a pot like that (though it gets a little messy)
For the flour seasoning I use salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, and paprika.
Big key is make sure yr grease is hot enough before you put the chicken in!
