In this thread I'll be posting the
glorious
yarns I've purchased that which will be made into socks by:
https://www.instagram.com/thegirlwhowea ... cks/?hl=en

If you ever need socks alongside wishing to destash your yarn hoarde, she is the person in the Go TO! sense.

Note #1: I said YARN, not SOCKS.
Note #2:This yarn is being made into socks by The Girl Who Wears Wool Socks on her sock making machine.
Note #3: Then she ships the ready made socks. She is a Sock Artist.

You've lost me.

... Re-reading.

OK, you could not have been more clear about your plans for the yarn.

So, any of us can contact this person and get custom socks made? With the best yarn on planet Earth?

And if she made fake online accounts supporting someone's opinion, what would that make her?

A sock making sockpuppet!
You may now groan.

I would enjoy, but not demand, a yarn update.

Yarn #2: Neon Pink Orange and Yellow speckles by YOU KNIT i DYE

Commentary: Soul searing sherbet orange with neon green and yellow speckles?! Yes, obviously. There are some caveats: the colours aren't nearly as bright in person as they're in the pictures. The greens are a bit more yellow (without appearing yellow) and almost fall into being so light the colours don't "show."

I really do enjoy the brown speckles that give the socks a sort of flippant yet contrasting look. Meaning these have become one of my go-to set of socks to wear this past week although I'll likely start wearing the Christmas coloured ones more often because... Can you be in a "this specific sock" mood?

Questions? Answers!

1. Yes, Hannah does a fine job with top notch customer service in creating socks of all varieties.

2. Just to note: the best yarn on Terra Firma is 80% Merino Wool / 20% nylon with the latter being for durability and a wee bit of stretch. 75% / 25% is also permissible. However the classic brands such as Darn Tough Socks have diluted their material down to 65% / 35% or even 50% / 50% which loses the point of making them out of wool in the first place as you lose alot of the "this do be warm" qualities at that scale.

Be careful, would you want her to be in possession of two sharp steel spikes?
