Sure sounds like it to me!

I went to the part of Atari Age where they had articles that talked about it, but two of the three links were dead. So we'll see. I think it would be great to have Cryptozookeeper, Future Boy! (if Kent wanted) and such available, being the first text adventure there would be pretty cool.
