Any of the following:
* Display the American Flag
* Display a flag that is "too large"
* Paint his mailbox, garage door, and/or house an unapproved color
* Not cut his lawn short enough
* Install the "wrong" front door or type of windows
* Install a satellite dish in the wrong place or wrong way ¹
* Install a satellite dish without permission ¹
* Leave vehicles parked on the street overnight
* Leave vehicles parked in the driveway instead of the garage
* Fail to remove trash cans from front of house quick enough after collection

¹ The FCC has made an announcement that the placement of radio antennas (which includes satellite dishes) is exclusively subject to Federal jurisdiction, and no landlord, HOA, authority, district, town, city, county, or state has any jurisdiction over or authority to regulate the positioning or installation of radio frequency antennas, or satellite dishes smaller than 36". If you have ownership or exclusive possession of the location, you can put up any antenna on the property you control for receiving (or sending) radio/satellite transmissions. This came into an issue because an airline installed its own free Wi-Fi for passengers using its membership lounge. The Airport Authority told them they can't operate their own Wi-Fi, they have to have their customers use the Airport Authority-provided Wi-Fi (at a fee, of course). The Airport authority discovered they can't prohibit tenants from operating their own Wi-Fi service in the areas they rent, and offering it to passengers (and others).

Restrictions on placement because of esthetics like color, locations in historic districts, or excessive height are permissible, however.
