"Pizza Man Bomb" or "Escape from Pennsylvania

Prerequisite reading.
So, maybe you all have heard of this but I'd like to go over it and point out some dorky little instances.
First, I am just digging how CNN is stating that the authorities have "Never have seen anything like this collar." and that "It was obviously made for a specific purpose." As if the fucker picked it up at Walgreens.
I also think it's amazing that I can live in an age where technology allows for this kind of "movie magic" to happen. This is like Battle Royal or Escape from New York.
The aspect though that I love the most is how they thought this would work. As if they just believed this guy would rob the bank they'd take the bomb off and he'd take the fall? Couldn't they of made the thing look more "space-age"?
