I apologize if I've forgotten any of the main "players" in this poll. You know how forgetful we can be.

Straw/BLUE: Please describe Straw's drinking habits.

Only then will we be able to determine the *true* winner of this poll.

You definitely should have included me. I turned 30 today, and I think I'm still drunk from last night.

WHAT BEER DOES:

-Cures lonliness, depression and anxiety.
-Automatic excuse for every stupid thing you might have done while drinking it.
-Increases sex drive
-Makes posts all that much more (in)coherent

WHAT BEER DOES NOT DO:

-Fix an interrupted satellite feed
-Keep Buffalo from going 3 and out on every possession, or keep NcNabb from running circles around their matchstick defense
-Make one witty, urbane, and charming
-Make cats poop less

I say, go with the beer. Cheers!

Oh, and that little nasty part about it helping kill about 17,000 people last year and aiding in the injury of around half a million.
Good point Bobby!

Damnit Worm; those people were going to die and/or get horribley injured eventually, it was only a matter of time; 1 bad experience with an entire case-full of beer in under 10 minutes at the age of 15 shouldn't put you off.

Where's your' sense of fun/hatred?

Lex, I lost that when my brother couldn't walk anymore. I will give up my very nature, soul, and any joy I have ever known to prevent this from happening again to anyone else.

If this thread were a movie preview, this would be the exact spot where we heard that sound sample of the record player needle getting dragged off the album.

I should probably not talk about Straw... it will eventually cause bitching and ranting on my part and piss Straw and ICJ off.

But the ones that made the cull will go on to reproduce, and their offspring will help build this country into a stronger, better, more functionally drunk place to live. I, for one, can't wait.

If you don't end up pissing into a bag for the rest of your life. Sure, it will rock.

Hey RobB, are you flying or driving when you're going to be in town coming up? I ask because I was wondering if it would be possible for you to procure me (a single? six pack? Case ideally?) of Fat Tire. I keep hearing about this beer and Beers of the World tells me the closest place to get it is St. Louis. I would, of course, reimburse you and then some. I can bring a congealed garbage plate or some pizza shack next time I'm out Colorado way!

If it's too much of a hassle or you're flying or whatever that's cool. Beer can be heavy, at least before it gets to me.

Yeah, I'm flying out. It'd really be tough to get it on the plane and everything and then deal with it not bursting or breaking or whatnot in-flight (Fodge had tried to do just this once before and had disasterous results). My folks are coming out for a week in October, though. If they drive out I'll give them some Fat Tire to bring back for you.
