I downloaded a copy of the win32 3.1 beta that was dated (on the plover site) 10 June 04. However, when I installed it, the 'about' menu shows a build date of 20 april. Is this a new release, or is the latest 3.1 build still 20 april?

...that Kent didn't rebuild the whole thing in order to properly datestamp the About box.
