World's Largest Dungeon

Post by bruce »

If you care, my D&D group is currently running through the World's Largest Dungeon.

1000 hours of playtime? That's a large dungeon, Bruce. What's that, like 2 years of meets? More, if every 2 hours all the characters and chips and dip and dice get swept off the map for a 5-way?

We took a break after the first section and haven't gotten back.

Currently, we're at the end of a minor story arc in a Firefly-like GURPS space opera, Amy is about halfway through running her American Indian-inflected D&D tournament about the kidnapping of the sun, and we're probably ready to get back to the Nine Hills Dairy Giant-Ass Campaign.

But I'd like to do Section B or E sometime soonish. Maybe this summer.

Even sometimes, I have a heart. Carry on, you have made a saving throw against my spell- Knuckle's Cunning Ridicule
the last group complained, quite tellingly They said, "Why don't you have a spoon that just says 'Earth?' It would save time

D&D players are a frightening bunch. I avoid them at all costs.

Why don't you folks come out some weekend to pick up the Bubble Bobble and you can sit in?

That plan is actually in the works for the very near future. We just wanted to get the California trip out of the way, and then you 2 are going to discuss good weekends in the coming month or so. I would LOVE to go get that game, and see a new city. Just leave the BB out on the porch and we'll swing by when you aren't there.
