Blockbuster to scale back late fees

This sort of thing SLAYS me. A corporation engages in shitty practices -- the late fee which is more expensive than the rental -- and then when they get some competition they correct for it and we're all supposed to just take them back.
Fuck you, Blockbuster. Netflix is kicking your ass and rightly so. You guys offering Netflix's business model with your terrible service and mindless store-clerk Eberts is also funny to see.
I hope this marks the beginning of the end for them, but I suspect sheepy customers will prop them right up again. Oh well! We can hope.
