Take Two was given, if I am recalling my gaming financials correctly, a not-insignificant sum of money by Sony to make GTA4 an exclusive title till 2004. How much would they have had to give them so that they could ship their other games for the PC in something that looked less shoddy than floppy disks in a ziplock bag?
